Membership You are invited to be a memberOnly owners and tenants of Permai Ria Condominium, their spouse /(s) and children who are above 18 years old of age are eligible to be a member of the Association. Type of membership (i) Ordinary Member Only owners and tenants of condominium unit are eligible to be an Ordinary member.
(ii) Associate Member Spouse /(s) and children of owners, and spouse /(s) and children of tenants are eligible to be an Associate member.
(iii) Honorary Member Any individual that can contribute positively to the Association may be invited to be an Honorary member.
