Developer wrote to Land & Mines Dept. to inform that they are not ready to submit application for strata title due to the following:- 1) Approved building plan not in their safekeeping 2) Final Title for H.S (D) 69501, Lot 49941 (PT10094) is being processed by Land & Mines Dept.
Developer request that Land & Mines Dept. grant further 6-months extension or until they receive the abovementioned documents for them to apply for strata title |

Mines Dept. replied to PRCRA to inform that the developer has not applied
for strata title and is given extension until 10/12/04. Land & Mines Dept. also inform that reminder letter would be sent to the developer to apply for the strata title. |
| 26/07/05 | PRCRA wrote again to Land & Mines Dept. to enquire on the status of the strata title application. |
| 04/08/05 | Land &
Mines Dept. replied to PRCRA to inform that the developer has not applied
for strata title and has applied for extension of time. Land & Mines Dept. also inform that the original owner of the land is under company liquidation action in the High Cour, Kuala Lumpur. Based on the investigation of the department, the developer is in the process of obtaining a copy of approved building plan from DBKL as the plan is not in their safekeeping. |

wrote to Land & Mines Dept to inform that the architect and DBKL did not
have copy of the approved building plan. Developer aslo inform the appointment of KW Associates to prepare a new building plan. |
| 09/02/06 | Land & Mines Dept. wrote to the developer to inform that Federal Territory Special Committee on Strata Title had directed the developer to provide detail action plan and the date for the submission of application of Strata Title as well as to provide explaination within 14 days form 09/02/06 |
| 13/02/06 | PRCRA wrote to Land & Mines Dept seeking an appointment to discuss the Strata Title issue. |
| 23/02/06 | Land & Mines Dept replied to inform that the status of the issue is as per the developer letter dated 01/12/06 and its letter dated 13/02/06 |
